You will be 9 minutes from downtown. The mall is right down the road and there is a gym in the mall. There is quick access to I-540 and the main road that runs through Fort Smith (Rogers Avenue). Both hospitals are <10 minutes away. Creekmore park and the library are 5 minutes away.

Nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The yard and patio were very nice, the house was clean and homey and tastefully decorated. The location is right by much of the shopping and restaurants in the area.

We had stayed here for 4 days. It was very clean and nice. Could use a second tv in the main bedroom though. I’d definitely stay here again.

Exceeded expectations! Communications were excellent and check in was a breeze. The Lily Pad was as VERY clean and the kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable and the furniture as well. Not your typical guest rental furnishings.Great location in the middle of Ft Smith on a quiet street. Recommend 10/10.
