Room was cleaned, most of staff is friendly. For weekly stays, rooms needs to be cleaned at least once per week. Wish there's a way to silence the doors when they are closing, always this loud slam when others leave their rooms.

we had a very late check in but staff was kind enough to check us in after midnight. Room was ok, sheets were stained. No shampoo and even though it was a full kitchen, there were no utensils or plates.

I had to call the after hours line to check in because we got there late in the night. The young man came straight down to check us in and was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. We were on the 4th floor and the property seemed quiet and safe.

Worth the price.

Smelled funny but worth the stay for the price. Would stay here again. Definitely pet friendly since most people had their dogs.

Ok stay for one night. Front desk employees were very nice and helpful. The carpet in the room was worn and had a piece cut out of it. There was a musty smell in the room which may have been from a previous pet or something, and there was no soap in the bathroom. However, there was a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove. The bathroom was good and the sheets were clean. There was a nice exercise room and the hotel is in a good location. It’s good for the money but it not for you if you want ultra luxury

Good little hotel

Nice hotel at a great price. It is dog-friendly, so if you are not a dog person or are sensitive to dogs, just be mindful of this when making your reservation. It is in a good location and easy access to stores and food. Good area. Will stay again.

We needed to check in early due to traveling, the staff was pleasant and very quick to get us in our room, which was very considerate due to the fact we had an infant.

The staff was nice and helpful and the bed was comfy however the room was very dirty with mold in the shower, dirty toilet, old carpet with lots of stains and the walls were full of stains. I saw about 10 cockroaches in my room. I was surprised because it is in a good part of town. It was cheaper but not worth it.

Nice hotel in new part of Ft.Smith

This is an old Candle-wood Ste in the new part of town. No security issues, and there are several restaurants in walking distance.

Great place for short or long stay.

Delightful accommodations. Full sized refrigerator was nice. Some minor baseboard damage in bathroom, but nothing more than cosmetic. Great location.

This was ok for the nightly rate. We did a short stay. Also pet friendly. Many workers stay here. They were respectful and we had no problems with noise. The hotel is in process of making surfaces easier to clean. Out linens were clean.

Great clean place with cavernois hallways. I arrive after 1 AM and the desk was closed. I called and woke the clerk up, but he came right there and checked me in. He was very pleasant considering he had been in bed. All staff was nice and the long-term guests (being an extended stay place) were friendly. The room was clean and it was nice to have a toaster in the room, as well as the full fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, etc. One drawback was that there were no USB ports for phones and other devices.

Clean and nice. Didn’t require anything extra. The only thing that would have made it any better would have been trailer parking, I travel for work and pull a trailer with equipment so trailer parking would have been the only thing I would have changed. It wasn’t even a big deal though. Clean room, clean bed, and hot shower what more do you need.
