I love all the beautiful windows that fill the house w natural light. The house is .9 miles from baptist hospital and 4 miles to Mercy hospital. 5 minutes to down town.

Great property with lots of room.

We just needed a place to stay for the night while visiting family, but this property was so spacious and comfortable we left family early to come relax at our VRBO! We’ll book again on our next trip to see family!

We really enjoyed this adorable house. It’s in an older neighborhood, but nice and quiet and close to good restaurants. We would use this VRBO again.

Charming bungalow

You will step back into the 40s when you enter this lovely upscale property. Think about Glenn Miller playing "In the Mood." It was just like the homes we grew up in. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely accommodations. Will book again when visiting Ft. Smith.

Great Location and very comfortable!

Second time to stay here and we will be back. We come in from Hot Springs for concerts at Temple Live and this little house is perfect for us and our little Westie. She loves the screened in porch and can watch all the very friendly kitties that live in the neighborhood. We will be back!

Lovely home. Loved neighborhood. Good for walks. Close to restaurants. Had a hard time opening lock box to get keys. Both my cousin and I tried it multiple times (10 times or more) before we could open it. Frustrating. Also struggled with ironing board. Wished there was a safety mat available for shower/tub.

Home in Older section of Fort Smith.

Older house that has been remodeled. Had problems with direct tv. She had someone come fix it on second day. Be sure and bring extra toilet paper & paper towels. Only 2 are provided. Beds & furniture are very comfortable.
