THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT IT WAS VERY NASTY THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE NEEDS OF THE GUEST AND I WAS IN A GREAT ROOM AND I WAS MOVED AND PUT IN A ROOM FULL OF ROACHES AND JUNKIES AROUND ME AFTER I TOLD STAFF THEY CLAIM THEY WOULD MOVE ME BUT NEVER DID SMH
The property was not the cleanest, there was black mold on the bathroom walls and seeped into the living areas. How the health department hasn't shut this place down is anyone's guess.
From the moment we arrived, we knew that we had made a mistake. This place is an absolute disaster. Our room did not have a working AC, it had black mold growing on the bathroom walls, outlet covers were missing, bedsheets had stains and residue on them…I called the front desk and demanded another room, but they best they could do was give us two separate king rooms vs the double queen room that we booked. One of the king rooms didn’t have anything other than a bed and TV. The other king room smelled like cigarettes and bleach. But I guess I missed the part where this place is a “long term stay” type of joint. Majority of the rooms have piles of trash and “belongings” stacked up outside of their doors. I asked for my money back but then there was a sudden language barrier that couldn’t be crossed. I didn’t fight it and went down the street to another hotel. I wish I could give this place a negative rating.
Dirty sheets and towels. Parking lot full of pot holes ,extremely bad. No waste basket ,no glasses. Very scary place to spend a night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The toilet was plugged. The loaned me a plunger but I couldn’t get it unplugged. The room had been remodeled and everything was new. The bed was comfortable.
The inside of the room was nice but you could see gaps in the door frame. There was dog poop in the yard. Trash and needles on the parking area. And it said it was no smoking but their was people smoking cigarettes and weed so bad that we canceled our stay and went to another hotel
Parking lot was dark and horrible, so i parked my car upfront by the office and the street. My room didnt even have a trash can in it. The floors were dirty the sheets were stained couldnt get the tv to work the was no coffee pot no ice bucket not even an ice machice. No lamps. Just over stay was a very bad experience if i could have got a refund i would have and went some where else.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
It was disgusting. When we got there they said they didn’t have the room that we had booked and put us in a “remodeled room.” he was not nice at all. There’s jagged holes in the wall while you’re sticking out the door was broken. The lock was broken minimal towels no toilet paper sheets were stained or was filthy. Hopefully pictures tell the story. Drug deals were going down right in front of us within reach.
It was the 1st time I’ve ever checked out after the 1st night. I would have done it upon entry into the room but I was exhausted from driving. They are currently renovating so maybe in the future. But absolutely not any time soon.
