"Everything about our trip was amazing for our Christmas vacation. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast, and happy hour was a nice touch. Room was comfortable. Super close to downtown by taking the Tram. Highly Recommended!!!"
"Room was small and we couldn't even fully open our luggages. All hotels were very expensive during the holiday season. We only needed for one night stay, so it was considered a pretty good option for ourn budget. Tram station is right outside of the hotel, it's pretty convenient. Plan with extra time tho, I think trams run every 10-15 minutes.
Bathroom was also small. You pretty much can't avoid touching the shower curtain when taking shower. But I would say it was the best shower during our whole trip, great water pressure and hot enough. One thing new to us is they provided a passcode for accessing the room instead of room key. We didn't book breakfast, but we ended up paying that morning because nothing really open on Sunday. And also we smelled pastry since 6am in the morning, kinda made us want breakfast downstair."
