Come enjoy Seaside Serenity! It is located in Causeway Cove Marina on South Hutchinson Island . Swim in the emerald waters of the Treasure Coast . Located just over the bridge is downtown Ft. Pierce is known for its shopping, restaurants, live entertainment and two locally owned micro brewery's and the Sunrise Theater . Rent boats, jet skis,and kayaks. at the Marina and enjoy the Wet Whistle bar on the deck overlooking the beautiful Indian River Lagoon. Free transportation through Freebee. Joe's Floating House is a one of a kind experience that could be a romantic getaway or room for six guests. This is a real house , not a boat. The home has its own personal seawall to limit any movement. The home has everything you need including a full kitchen, two bedroom, two baths and washer and dryer. All utilities are included with your stay. Watch the stars from the deck as you grille your favorite fish or steak. Located in the Causeway Cove Marina, you will have access to the Wet Whistle deck and bar, jet ski , boat and kayak rentals. Also free transportation through the city's Freebee service. OWNER HAS 2 FREE PADDLE BOARDS FOR GUESTS !!!

If you are looking for a unique experience to stay on the water on a "houseboat" with all the modern conveniences, you need to stay at Seaside Serenity! Causeway Cove marina is perfectly located on the Indian River Lagoon where you can enjoy the island life in Ft. Pierce...restaurants, live music, boating and fun times!

Memorial Day 2024 Family Stay

Our family had a great stay! Boat House was clean and well stocked with everyday necessities! Great location since our family likes to fish and be on the water. We lucked out also because there was an event going on for Memorial Day weekend (Fishing Tournament, Food Trucks and Local Art Vendors!) We will definitely be back to stay!!

Cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. Clear instructions and very responsive owner. Loved everything about this property! Very quiet area, laid back marina. Cooked entire Thanksgiving meal for 3 in the beautiful well equipped kitchen. Ate our meal upstairs overlooking the marina and enjoyed the sunset. Absolutely beautiful!

Great stay at the floating home. It has all the amenities of a condo, is steps to the ocean and jet ski/boat rental, and a minutes from the restaurants. Great place

Great Experience!

I booked a stay on this houseboat as a quick weekend getaway for my family. It was our first time staying on a floating houseboat. My family and I had an excellent experience. The home was very clean and comfortable. It’s conveniently centrally located with the beach, shopping and dinning just down the street. Parking was a breeze. Would highly recommend giving this experience a try!

Gorgeous Island with the best beaches and restaurants!

The host was so easy and pleasant to work with and allowed us to check in a bit early to accommodate our work schedule which was essential to staying an extra night. Definitely offered a unique experience for those looking for something outside of the usual hotel experience. Beautiful view for morning coffee or sunsets. Close to some of the best places on the island! Be sure to check out the Jetty area for an evening stroll or sit on a seaside swing. This house provides the perfect atmosphere to unwind and relax. I highly recommend it for working professionals who need a break.

Amazing way to wake up everyday!!!

This small slice of heaven was just what we were hoping for when we booked. It is just as the photos appear and even has 2 full bathrooms! The master bedroom has amazing views out the huge window and the king size bed has a really comfortable matress. The master bathroom has a washer/dryer combo, and the biggest walk-in shower you could ever want. Everything is new and fresh inside and the outside with the views and deck seating is amazing. There is a marina bar that is very nice to grab a drink before visiting any of the local resturants for a great meal. I highly recommend the taco dive and sunshine cafe. Both are a short 2 min drive away. There is also on-site waverunner or boat rentals and/or tours. So convenient. You won't be disappointed and way better than a hotel. Its truly a floating 2 bedroom little slice of heaven and a must try that you will enjoy. Just don't book it too much as we plan on visiting over and over again!
