Amazing home with an amazing view!

This is our 2nd stay in the past two years at Crest View Lodge. The accommodations are spacious and top notch, and the property manager is extremely helpful and responsive when I had questions. You won't find a better home or view in the Lookout Mountain area.

Amazing home / amazing views!

Great home on top of Lookout Mountain with sensational views! Hiker’s paradise with numerous state and national parks to visit in under an hour’s drive. Great service from the property manager, Misti, very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this property!

There were ample kitchen and bath essentials to make our month-long stay a comfortable one! We’d definitely recommend Crestview for any family going through intensive home repairs who need a place to call home away from home.

80th Birthday Bash

We celebrated my father-in-law‘s 80th birthday with family from North Carolina, Virginia, and Alabama! We absolutely loved everything about our stay! We worked puzzles, played board games, watched movies in the theatre room, took lots of naps, cooked sooooo much food, enjoyed the fire pit, hiking at nearby DeSoto State Park & just making memories together :)

Absolutely Amazing

The ladies from The Summit Church of God at Mentone greatly enjoyed our weekend at Crestview! Every detailed exceeded our expectations! Misty provided wonderful communication prior to us arriving. We had NO problems during our stay! The views are absolutely amazing, the home is immaculately decorated and clean and the meeting room provided us the perfect place to gather! The master setting is the perfect arrangement for your guest speaker! Don’t let this haven of rest go untapped. It is a truly a place to encounter God!

We decided last minute to get away as a family for some quality time together before our oldest son gets married soon. We even got to bring our fur babies! We had such a fun & also peaceful time at Crest View Lodge. The house is absolutely beautiful & has everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable & we all had plenty of privacy too. We enjoyed family card games & movie nights in the theater room. The views are absolutely stunning! My favorite thing was sitting on the back porch in the morning with my coffee. Great way to start the day. We shopped & ate in Mentone at several places that were all great. We definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay at Crest View Lodge again!!

Wonderful Setting for 2 Family Thanksgiving

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crestview Lodge. It's a beautifully put-together escape from regular life and the daily business that demands our attention. We loved the multiple rooms with lots of sleep options and doors on all but one sleep space to be able to put the kids to bed and still be able to play games, etc. It's a very versatile and functional house. I was also impressed with the kitchen appliances and cooking utensils that are available for use. We had everything we needed to make a beautiful Thanksgiving meal. There are plenty of blankets to get cozy and the kids enjoyed the movie room. Minor room for improvement: please consider supplying a babygate for the stairs as well as a travel cot and highchair. But we knew those would not be available so we brought our own. We would love to come again! Thanks for a great stay!

The perfect ending and a new beginning!

I had the pleasure of staying at Crest View Lodge in the Mentone area with our senior GSCC DMS students a week before graduation, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. The spaciousness of the house was perfect for our large group, accommodating all of us comfortably. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic theatre room, where we enjoyed movie nights and created some unforgettable memories. It was also a place where we burned off lots of calories, thanks to exhilarating sessions of "Just Dance." The house offered various spaces for different activities. Card games brought us together in the dining room, while others engaged in board games in the cozy living room. The views from the property were nothing short of breathtaking, adding an extra layer of magic to our retreat. What truly impressed us was the attention to detail in every corner of Crest View Lodge. From the well-appointed bedrooms to the thoughtful amenities, it was evident that the owners had put a lot of care into making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We all had a peaceful and restful night's sleep, and it was hard for any of us to say goodbye the next day. Our retreat at Crest View Lodge was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our time together with our students. Thank you for providing such a wonderful setting for our group, and we hope to return someday to create more cherished memories.

A relaxing and comfortable women’s retreat getaway

We loved our time at the Peaceful retreat. We had a gathering of 15 women for a retreat weekend. The accommodations from the beds, living room and media room were so comfortable and high end. The kitchen had everything needed and we had plenty of space. It was a cold weather weekend so we didn’t venture out much, except for lunch at Wildflower cafe, but we were very comfortable sitting around a playing games. The views are breathtaking! I highly recommend and am so thankful for a weekend away at such a nice place!

Great place for family Retreat

Property was like-new, pristine clean and ready for relaxation—ample deck and Adirondack chairs has plenty of room for day and sunset gatherings—quiet, backwoods location is ideal for contemplation (and an occasional train in the distance). We liked all accommodations and bedding was comfortable—roomy kitchen allowed group meal-prep and easy serving with multiple dining and porch tables. All in all, a great place for our family to spend a few restful days!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!

We stayed in Crest View Lodge over the weekend, and my son and daughter in law were married at the onsite venue nearby, Crest View ~ The Venue. It was nothing short of pure perfection!! Every single detail before we arrived was handled perfectly by Misti, the property manager. I felt at ease traveling 6 hours away for a destination wedding knowing she had everything taken care of. Once we arrived, WOW, that VIEW, 10/10!! My son and daughter in law were married on the sunken deck at sunset and it was truly what fairytales are made of. Absolutely stunning!! Thank you for making our family feel so welcome and helping us celebrate one of life’s greatest moments together. If you need a gorgeous wedding venue, do it!! Perfect - Family Reunion for 30!

The home and Misti were wonderful!! all I can say is the view at Crest View Lodge is worth the price. The amenities were wonderful, and the design of the home makes it perfect for large families. We had a wonderful time, and Misti made it possible by working with me and helping me figure out how to manage such a large group with what they offered at the additional cabins onsite.
