"Of the six motels we stayed at during our 11-day road trip, the Trade Winds Motel was the most satisfactory. Clean and spacious room that, for my wife and me, just had a good vibe. And the breakfast was adequate for our needs. We have friends who recommended this motel. Now we know why."

"This property lives up to the host's description and more. It was truly like walking into someone's home with every possible accouterment in place. Fun decorating supports the vibe of our vacation. I would have given 10 stars if I could! My advice to anyone bringing a dog is that if they get off the trail/road, expect lots of stickers. The natural vegetation, growing in the Nebraska Sandhills, are gnarly survivors."

"It is a very nice cabin and we had a pretty good trip. It is in a dead zone for some phone carriers, so our whole family didn't have service the whole time, which wasn't convenient for us when one of our vehicles had some troubles. And the GPS link took us to the wrong address and we ended up having to ask the residents of the home for directions. The park was a great spot for all the kids in our family, and overall we were able to have a pretty relaxing time. There were some bugs, but it's to be expected in the location it is in!"
