Gated Community with access to the golf course, golf pro shop, tennis/pickleball, multiple pools, exercise area, and newly renovated club house and bar. Colonial Country Club is a safe, gated Community with miles of walking trails in the nature preserve.
The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Gordon Lewis with driving range and putting green. Colonial Country Club is conveniently located off Colonial Boulevard, near Interstate 75. Near JetBlue Baseball Park. A few miles west is Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island.
Tenant evaluation and Transfer of membership required for gate entrance and to access amenities. Both will be paid by renter at least 21 days prior to check in date (total $270)
