I stayed at this property for four nights. Before our trip, the owner was very responsive and flexible. We received a detailed check-in email, but after arriving late at night following a long, delayed flight, we discovered the instructions were missing a critical detail and had confusing terminology: how to unlock the front door and calling, a key fob a token. We were unable to get inside and had to find a hotel at 3:00 a.m. The owner responded the next morning explaining what we did wrong and how to unlock the door.The condo itself was clean and looked nice. However, one of the main amenities we booked it for—the pool—was closed for three of our four days due to construction. The owner did not notify us beforehand. When we mentioned it, he said he had received notice the day the closure began. A quick message would have allowed us to make an informed decision.We also found the condo poorly stocked with basic essentials. There was only one roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no extra trash bags, no tissues, and no hand soap, requiring us to make an unexpected shopping trip.Overall, the condo was clean mama and the owner was responsive, but the confusing check-in process, undisclosed pool closure, and lack of basic supplies made our stay less enjoyable. Given these issues, I believe there are better options available.
