Southwest Cape Coral pool home in sought after Pelican neighborhood. Convenient access to Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, Golf Courses, Beaches, and Shopping. Villa Secrets is a brand-new furnished vacation home in a fantastic SW location, with fenced in, private backyard with garden, and a screened in swimming pool with electric heater.

This newly furnished vacation home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 car garage, 2 large open living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating. The formal dining can seat up to 6 and the breakfast nook has 2 bar stools. This home also has an air hockey table perfect for family game night.

Each bedroom has its own flat screen cable equipped TV. Expect to get some of the best night's sleep you have ever had while on vacation on the ultra-comfy beds.
Master bedroom offers king size bed with attached bathroom that includes a large walk in shower. The master suite has a separate seating area with sleeper sofa.

Both guest bedrooms are furnished with cozy queen beds. The 3rd bedroom has access to the pool area. Guest bath has tub/shower combo and also allows access to lanai.

The living room is furnished with high end, comfortable reclining furniture and a massive flat screen cable equipped television. High speed wifi available throughout the home. Work space/desk area and printer is just past the first living area.

The pool area will no doubt be where you will want to spend most of your time. The electric heated pool is already calling your name! A lounge area with outside tables and gas grill offers lots of space to relax, chat and enjoy family and friends.

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

Base rates are for 4 adults and children under 6. Each additional guest will incur a small fee.

Great stay

Roomy, great quiet area. Florian was a great host and also back to me on questions immediately. Plenty of kitchen utensils, towels etc. Plenty of sitting area by pool and plenty of pool chairs. Would consider again for 2027 as wi be in Europe in 26.

Better than expected!

Centrally located…easy in and out…quiet neighborhood…lots of things to do just a quick ride away, then back to our wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this space for those who want a well kept, clean quiet place to settle.

Clean and a wonderful pool

We were very happy with our rental. So many positives to list, but one negative. The home was very spacious and clean. Large kitchen and family room! TVs in all three bedrooms was very nice and an ENORMOUS TV in the family room. Beds were very comfy. Neighborhood was great…overall, a very nice rental. The only negative to us, which may not bother someone else, was the lack of a handrail at the pool steps. We are in the 60-70 age and had difficulty getting in and out without one. I understand not everyone needs one. Otherwise, the home is very nice and I would recommend it. The two pullout sofas are worth a mention for someone needing extra beds.

Perfect Spot

We had an amazing stay, the house was perfect and had everything you needed. It's in a perfect location, everything is about 30 minutes away. We loved everything about our stay. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Cape Coral rental

House was exactly as shown on vrbo. Wonderful pool and lots of room inside. Very well equipped with everything one would need. Area was easy to get around. Only a tiny issue with a front door handle which manager was informed about. Hopefully it will get fixed. I’d recommend to my friends!

I would love to do it again.

I would love to do it again. I'd rent this house again if we are able to. Perfect house. Perfect location. Everything was smooth. Very good communications. No worries about check in. All questions answered. I thought this was money well spent.
