Gated Community, Includes use of all amenities, that include; outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, shuffleboard courts, Bocce ball, horseshoe court, tennis/pickleball courts. Various activities include; cards, bingo, sewing club, dances, dinners. Pets not allowed or smoking. Three hundred dollar security deposit, Background/credit may be needed.
