Calusa Palms: 12 Minutes to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach

  • 2 bedrooms and a den carriage home not a townhome, one level on the second floor. Walk in the door and go upstairs. Clubhouse has a Fitness room, Pickle ball, pool, gated community. The den has a loveseat and chair. No futon. Nice screened in lanai and a quick few steps to the pool. MUST have a lease for 6 months. If you only want 5 months the 6th will be free! Fully furnished T.V.'s in den and both bedrooms and a great quiet haven to spend your snowbird season. Your own laundry room and comfortable newer King size bed and queen in the guest room. Applications must be made to the condo association and HOA
