Ich habe als Gast in diesem Extended Stay Hotel eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Die Lage ist unglaublich günstig, mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Supermärkten, Lebensmittelgeschäften und sogar Bekleidungsgeschäften, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Nähe zur I-75 ist ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt.

Das Besondere an diesem Standort sind die Mitarbeiter. Und ich weiß, dass viele, die ESA regelmäßig besuchen, darüber staunen werden. Mir fallen drei Beispiele ein: Der Abflussstopfen des Waschbeckens im Badezimmer war verklemmt. Pete, der Hausmeister, kam vorbei, sah, was wirklich nötig war, und tauschte die gesamte Armatur innerhalb von 18 Stunden nach Meldung des Problems aus.

Ich habe kürzlich zwei Wochen in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Angestellten waren überaus zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Falls etwas in Ihrem Zimmer fehlte, was Sie benötigten, wurde es Ihnen umgehend besorgt. Ich hätte mit meinem Aufenthalt nicht zufriedener sein können. (Insbesondere Kristen an der Rezeption war stets hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht – trotz ihres ständigen Arbeitsaufwands und der Betreuung der Gäste.)
