BAY FRONT GROUND FLOOR CONDO

You are right on the water! Close to everything that Fort Myers Beach has to offer.
Watch the dolphins play from this waterfront condo! Amenities include a fishing dock, tennis courts and heated pool on the water.
Condo has new Quartz counter tops in the kitchen and a surplus of cooking dishes and utensils. Large country style dining set with a bench and seating for 6. King sized bed plus guest dbl sleeper sofa. Front garden lanai with seating area as well as lanai with sliders that step out to the docks and bay. 2 flat screen smart TV s with internet/wifi. No phone or cable TV. Max tenants are 2. No pets allowed. Guests cannot dock a boat on the private boat slip but can fish from our slip or the T dock. Totally remodeled condo--everything is brand new!
Restaurants, stores and night life are within walking distance.
