"The staff was helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Had popcorn and punch available for guests in the evening. Everyday the hotel offered free drinks and appetizers from 4-5:30. Bradley our bartender was friendly and funny. One of the restaurants in the hotel was Broken Keel. Ernest was our waiter at night. He was awesome! We were disappointed for breakfast 2 mornings. The ran out of biscuits by 9 & 9:30. No biscuits and gravy for us."

"The air conditioner worked but the electrical was exposed, like the casing was missing. The wall had water damage that appeared to be painted over. The room itself was clean, but you could see damage to the walls and some poor repair work (caulking all over the door stop). It looks like they were doing alot of construction in the main lobby, it did not bother us much. The person working the front desk was friendly, but from a business standpoint I do not think she was the right choice. Several times she was sitting in the lobby on her phone. Valet was also very friendly, but sometimes nowhere to be found. It just did not seem like a professional environment. This is was my first time at this location, but second time booking Wyndham as a hotel. The experience was the same. I most likely will not book a Wyndham again."

"Lovely hotel in the heart of the Savannah historic district. Pool is small but a nice amenity as most hotels in Savannah do not have one. Workout room adequate. Hotel rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Staff are very attentive and friendly."

"Clean rooms,there was a stench in the hallways/ dirt carpet smell. nice staff, ok breakfast, just wish it was hot breakfast. I didn't use the pool because of location. Front parking area/No privacy "

"Decent for an overnight stay while traveling through, probably wouldn’t want to spend more than a couple nights here. The bed was very comfy though "

"Amazing overnight stay at the Best Western Plus! Friendly staff accommodated needs when requested. Comfortable and very spacious room made a day of travel relaxing! My only consideration is to add a door between the bathroom and the common space on the one bedroom suite as advertised on the website. Thank you for an amzing stay!"
