Need to rethink the breakfast. Less than expectable. They expect to much from the front staff to stop serving the checkin staff. Making the clear and clean the guest mess. Trash over flowing , milk every where,empty containers and spillage on the floor.

For a quick last minute stay I enjoyed every bit of this place. The area is very convenient and clean, the staff was amazing and super friendly and informative. The room was very clean and comfortable. They are pet friendly with only a $75 cleaning fee, so that was a super plus for me and my little fur baby. Overall I would definitely recommend and continue to return to this lovely hotel. Thank you to the staff for the best breakfast and coffee!! :)

The area outside the hotel and the lobby areas were fine. However, our room looked and felt dirty. The couch was riddled with stains that made it unusable. There was an area above the bed that had some patch work done on the wall and looked unfinished. The bathroom configuration that has the sink and mirror outside in the main area is always a disappointment whenever we encounter that in a hotel (terrible design) and that is what we got here. Paid over $5 at the lobby shop for two cups of terrible undrinkable coffee. I have always associated the brand HYATT with something more on the high end of things… never again. This room definitely added some darkness to our weekend visiting friends in the area.

Very Nice Property, it’s located off a very busy highway which was my only gripe but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It’s also within in 10 mins of shopping and dining.

There was an internet outage for the entire first day. Check in was a slow and laborious process. Reception staff could not find the reservation despite being provided all the information and the prepayment advice. Breakfast was a messy affair and quality of food was average. Housekeeping was very good. Clean, neat and prompt service.
