Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Turn off all lights, TVs, and fans. Double-check that the stove and oven are off, and the propane tank on grill is turned off (if used).

If your group generates more trash than fits in the black bin, you are responsible for arranging excess trash removal. Any trash left on the property beyond bin capacity will result in a $60 fee.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The City enforces a strict noise ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. A device alerts us if noise becomes excessive.

All children must be competent swimmers and supervised at all times near the dock or open water.

Street parking is strictly prohibited, per local laws. Please use the driveway spots provided.
