Beautiful & Spacious Waterfront Condo, Walk to the BEACH, On Canal, 3 bed/2 bath

Beautiful PRIVATE waterfront condo located 1 block from the beach! Enjoy intercostal views from the unit, located on the 1st floor. Minutes to shopping, and restaurants. 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 40 minutes to Miami. Pack n play, highchair, beach chairs, beach toys, and towels included. The minimum age to book is 25. No parties.

The Space
This space is perfect for families, groups of friends traveling together, or couples. Our street dead-ends into the beach and hotel area. Public beach access is only 1 block away! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 8 adults or children, plus a pack n play for a baby! There are a pull-out couch and murphy bed in the living room in addition to a queen-size bed in each bedroom. The Master bedroom includes a queen bed, full bath, and smart tv.

The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, smart tv, pack n play, and a full bath is located just outside this bedroom. For families with small children: in addition to the pack n play, we have a highchair, toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books with crayons to help make our littlest guest more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat screen. Along with a queen size murphy bed, with its own smart tv and privacy screen.

In the kitchen, you will find every you need to make a gourmet meal, or you may cook-out on the private deck with our grill. There is grocery delivery available and some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our private deck and balcony all with a comfortable seating area.

What a treat it was to stay in this unit. Great location, very functional layout, quiet and easy access to beach, restaurants, etc. Will definitely book this again when we go to Pompano Beach.

Great time in Pompano

6 weeks out of winter weather

This was a wonderful holiday home with a charming outdoor area. The neighborhood is ideal for walking and the beach is not far at all. The host provides beach chairs and towels as well as a cart to pull beach supplies. The couple of things that came up during our 6 weeks were managed very quickly as Marilyn or Boris were always responsive to our questions and needs. Hard to find a better place in Pompano!

Good stay

The location is very quaint and welcoming. Had everything we needed during our stay. My only issue was the bathroom which didn’t have An area to place soap dish in both master bedroom and main bath area. The main bathroom also didn’t have a glass door to prevent water from getting all over the floor which is a big deal for me with a child. All in all we would recommend this place if above isn’t a concern. Thanks, Sherrine

Winter Trip

Great place for us. 2 couples, 63+. We stayed at this location for a week. We made breakfast and grilled dinner. This rental had everything you needed in the kitchen. Several places you can walk to within blocks. Convenience store, pizza, shopping and beach a few blocks. We rented a golf cart for a few days and then used the Circuit app to call the free transportation around Pompano beach. We enjoyed the patio by the canal and you could watch the boats. We would definitely use this rental again! Great response from property manager!

Intercoastal view

The location was good. A nice neighborhood and convenient to beach and shops. The backyard area was great for eating and relaxing and watching the boats. The inside was spacious with abundant sleeping spaces. Our main complaint was the lack of any thing to hold onto in the showers and no place to put soap or shampoo. The showers were a tad nervewracking, especially for us senior citizens.Also, the second bedroom could use a dresser. There's plenty of space for one.area was verynice with a place for eating and lots of relaxing seating.

We just needed one night before our cruise so glad we pick this one ! We had nothing but our bags for the cruise so when you wake up and they had some coffee pods it’s a home run stay for us ! Lol I’d stay here again before our cruise

Perfect!!!

We went to the Taylor Swift concert in Miami and when looking for accommodations close by I found this gem. Beautiful place and super clean. There were a lot of restaurants and shopping close by. Even the drive to the Hard Rock stadium wasn’t too far. Owners are very responsive. Highly recommend.A+

Loved this place

The house was cozy and inviting with a beachy feel to it. It was well equipped and extremely clean. I absolutely loved the view of the canal and enjoyed my morning coffee on the swing. I would love to stay here again!!
