The property was exactly as described, dare I say it was even better. Great location in Victoria Park, comfortable bed, and very, VERY clean. The hostess had great communication and there was a small welcome gift for us on the table. It was much appreciated after a long day of travel.

Jane was absolutely incredible. This was such a gem of a find before our cruise. Full kitchen, amazing bedding and pillows, and Jane went out of her way to make us comfortable and even stayed up to make sure we got in safely when our flight was delayed until after 1AM. The neighborhood was quiet, the property was well maintained, comfortable, and very clean. This will be our spot every time we travel through Fort Lauderdale moving forward. Thank you, Jane!

I was raised in Ft. Lauderdale and it’s always special when I return home. Jane’s property is perfect in location. A short walk to Holiday Park. A short drive to The Galleria and the beach. The amenities are quite thoughtful and appreciated. Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and easy parking. We will be back.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and Jane provided all that was needed. She even gave us snacks and a lovely written note. The kitchen also had everything you need to feel at home and the place is nicely decorated. The area is busy but it’s close to a park, shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this location in Victoria Park and I will stay there again.

The best stay I've had so far when traveling.

It was amazing. Super quiet and unique. I didn't even know apartments were an option when traveling. I will forever book at Victoria Regency whenever I travel down to Ft. Lauderdale area. Host, Jane, was really sweet! Always made she I had what I needed, and provided me a late checkout last minute no problem.

My husband and I went for a wedding event just for 4days we love it some much we had to stay 3more nights. We found this property with only one room available and we have no regrets it was like a home away from home. Jane takes her job very seriously from the welcome basket full of goodies to the coffee station ( I’m a morning coffee drinker think of it as my breakfast) very happy for sure. Every single think that you may need she got you cover. Bed was very comfortable as well. Definitely will be booking a villa here anytime we visit.

Excellent choice if you need more than just a hotel room. The apartment is very well appointed and stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Full kitchen with pots/pans plates and utensils. We stayed for 10 days so it is really nice to have a real kitchen. There is no house keeping during your entire stay but they provide cleaning supplies, additional trash bags, extra towels. Property host Jane is very responsive and accommodating. Overall, my husband and I had a very pleasant stay.

A Gem!

I was very pleased with our apartment, the grounds, the location and most importantly the communication with our host, Jane! We were pleasantly surprised with the extra goodies left for us to enjoy and how well stocked the kitchen was with everything that we needed to cook a simple meal. We didn't use the bbq equipment, but it was awesome that it was available if we chose to. Being able to do our laundry was an absolute plus, too! Thank you again for a very wonderful experience and I would definitely consider staying there again!

This property is obviously well-cared for and the hostess is very pleasant and responsive. The units are nicely appointed and have pretty much anything you would need for a short term stay. But there is no pool on site and the ocean is a bit of a hike. This place would be absolutely perfect if those things were not an issue, but when I visit Florida I like to lounge by the pool while sipping umbrella drinks. I do understand that you will pay more for closer proximity to the ocean, and this property is very economical. So if you have a car and/or don't mind walking short distances to shops and restaurants I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay in Ft Lauderdale

Our stay was GREAT. It’s an older property but it is clean and in a safe area. The internet was good. There is no pool or front office. But, communication up front was great so check in was simple. My only negative feedback is that hotels.com showed checkout time as 3 pm. I even received a text with the 3 pm checkout time on the morning of our departure. The actual checkout time was 11:00 am. I hope to return again.

Jane was an amazing host and this property was top notch. It was clean, simple and the bed and linens were hotel quality! Jane was quick to respond with any issues (we had an issue with the Brita pitcher not filling and she replaced immediately). I haven’t had that good of a nights rest in a very long time! Cozy Bungalow Getaway

what a gem of a property! We were on a cruise and decided to stay in Ft. Lauderdale through the weekend before heading home. This property is everything we could have needed and more. Jane was great about checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Our apt. was immaculate, stocked with thoughtful snacks and coffee, and very cozy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of towels (and a much-needed by me hair dryer!) The beach is easily accessible with a short car ride, there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, and there is a fabulous national park down the street. The patio area in the photos is even better in person, and had we stayed longer, we would have grilled up some steaks and had a nice dinner on the patio. As it was, I enjoyed my coffee out on the patio in the morning. Don't hesitate to book this, you won't be disappointed.

Parking was right in front, very nice neighborhood and within walking distance to coffee shops and grocery stores. Thank you Jane, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Above and Beyond

There aren’t many places where you can describe that they go “above and beyond”. But, it is definitely a statement that applies to Victoria Park Regency. The photos of the property and of the individual units are accurate. Parking is free. And the units are spotless clean. Plus the furniture is comfortable and well-maintained. Additionally, the unit is well stocked with things that you would not expect, like free snacks and munchies, right down to chairs for the beach, which is just quick 2 mile drive away. It might not be a “five diamond” luxury resort, based on the age of the property, and the lack of pool and spa. But you will be treated like a guest at one, where Jane, the property host, contacts you before you arrive, and is attentive and available during your stay. Like the others have said, Jane is a treasure. She doesn’t bother you unnecessarily. But, she is prompt in replying to your questions. Heck, my door code didn’t work upon arrival and she quickly replied with the new code. Of the places that I have stayed before that did not have a true check-in desk, this is the best ever in terms of ease. The Victoria Park neighborhood is quiet and scenic. It’s a great place to explore. And if you are just looking to relax, the courtyard at the complex has comfortable seating amongst nicely-maintained foliage. Victoria Park Regency is a home-away-from-home that you will want to ‘come home’ to more than once.
