Please read before booking: These fees are mandatory and paid directly to the building at check-in.

- Resort Fee: $40/day per apartment, includes:
• Beach service (2 lounge chairs per apartment per day).
• Pool, sundeck, and jacuzzi access.
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
• Ice vending machines in hallways.
- Registration Fee: $50 (one-time charge)
- Parking Fee: $42/day (discounts for extended stays)

Parking is mandatory if using the resort’s valet service. Alternative parking is available outside the complex.
