    Newly renovated apartment with great lighting, new appliances and room for 4, with King bed, Queen sofa bed and single deluxe cot if needed for 5th. We had a quick girls weekend. We drove to the keys for the day then had a beach day. This little apartment was the best. Clean, easy access to beaches and other fun activities. I recommend this property. Great location.

Great location

The location was absolutely great! A short walk to downtown restaurants and only a 10-ish minute drive to the beach. We are active, so none of this bothered us. The washer/dryer was removed and should not be reflected in the listing because we were really looking forward to packing light, but we made it work. Sam was very responsive when it seemed that the A/C wasn’t working, but it was just a small matter. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, but everything was great. Lots of spices to choose from, we purchased a spatula (not a big deal), and left coffee behind because there was some there already. Be sure to pack beach towels, or you’ll have to buy some. Overall, it was a great place. We really enjoyed it!

The listing mentioned a washing machine and drier in the filters but did mention in the post that it was no longer available - I’d strongly suggest removing that as an available amenity.
