This bright and colorful one-bedroom casita is located in quiet, small community of just 7 units. It's cheery and welcoming interior invites you to begin your South Florida vacation with style! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets. Your pet is welcome to join in the fun for an additional fee. Enjoy fast WiFi and Sling streaming service. A large park is just across the street. The award-winning beach is just one mile away.
Neatly trimmed landscaping and well-maintained grounds offer just a hint of the stylish abode within.
Casita Rosa is also happy to invite your furry family member along for vacation, too! Open the front door and find yourself in a thoughtfully designed, modern and colorful living room. The living area offers a comfortable sofa that folds out into a bed for additional guests. The spacious kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances, with a cheery pop of red in the tiled backsplash. There's plenty of cabinet space for all your goodies and counter space to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy those meals and snack together at the round glass-top table for 4.
The separate bedroom is spacious and boasts some whimsical design details that you're sure to love. Take in your favorite TV show or the latest blockbuster movie on the Smart TV and slumber comfortably in a queen size bed. The hall bath features a tub/shower and modern vanity. Bathroom toiletries are provided. Just outside the bath is the ultra-convenient washer/dryer stack. But what you'll probably love the most is the large park just across the street from this small complex. Here, you'll find a perfectly manicured greenery and a winding walking trail throughout the park. Features here include a covered pavilion and several exercise stations.
Just a mile away is one of the most celebrated beaches in the US, earning a Trip Advisor Choice Award and a mention as one of the best beach boardwalks in the country by Travel & Leisure magazine.
You'll also find yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities. The Fort Lauderdale airport (FLL) is just 10 minutes away, which is such a relief after a long day of travel.
On your way to check-in, drop by the new Hard Rock, also just 10 minutes from Casita Fuego, for a bite to eat and maybe some star-gazing!
If you'd rather just walk everywhere once you arrive, it's easy to do that! Within a 4-block radius, you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a grocery store. Park your car and forget about it!
Guest Access Guests have access to the entire casita, one parking space and the shared gym. There's also a lovely shared courtyard with a stone bench and huge mango tree.

A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival. An accurate guest count must be provided If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date. No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.
Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
