All the important stuff; location, description matching the actual place, communication, were solid. n addition to above, the place was actual larger than we expected. Two large bedrooms separated by large kitchen and living room. Just two of us on this trip and lots of room to spread out. Location solid. Its not West Palm but we knew that going in. The overall property is HUGE. Gated and felt very secure. Resort like feel. Easy drive to the coast. Very good location. Its a time share. Get your excuse ready when you check in. In fairness, the host warns you. Its a bit annoying but minor issue. I knew going it so it took 30 seconds to shut them down. Just a bit odd when checking in. The overall property is as expected. Nice but a bit dated. Our room/wing was apparently updated recently. Ritz Carlton? No, but solid for what it is. Price was right. If you're realistic and do your research then set proper expectations, you'll be a happy camper. I would stay here again for sure.

A great place to stay

My husband and three of his basketball friends were playing in a tournament in coral springs. The location of the Palm Aire is wonderful. Look forward to coming back next year.

Comfortable, cozy, and convenient

Our family had a nice time at this location (5 nights). We needed a spot to rest our heads after exploring in the fun Florida sun. I had read the reviews and found some of the previous feedback from other folks tracks. The room and facilities exhibit signs of wear and tear. Going in with that expectation provided a pleasant experience. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that overlooked the pool, which was nice. Our beds were comfortable, the jetted tub was always a nice refuge for our daily adventures, and getting to various beaches was always convenient. Communication with Tina was easy and straightforward. Would strongly consider rebooking in the future if we return.
