Quiet Studio with Sunny Private Yard
- This studio unit features a comfy living area with a chaise sectional pull-out sofa for lounging and relaxing. The kitchenette features a full-size fridge/freezer and sink, as well a double electric burner, microwave and more. The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a luxurious rainfall shower head. A walk in closet space located off the bathroom provides plenty of storage for clothing and luggage.
Free parking for 1 vehicle is available on site.
Guests will have full, exclusive access to the studio via a dedicated private entrance. Keypad locks make it easy and seamless to check in. Additionally, guests will have access to a lush private backyard area, and a shared front yard space.
While guests are able to self check-in and enjoy total privacy, the host does live in another unit on the premises should the guests need anything or want to chat during their stay!
