If it wasn't for the bed being like cement, it would be excellent. Room did show some decent wear that may be time to replace some items. Great access to beach and restaurants. Friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, staff was fantastic and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the beach. We liked the fact that you got two free chairs on the beach for each room. You did have to pay to rent an umbrella for the day though. We would go back again!

Friendly staff, quiet and valet service was excellent. Had to call about the robes and slippers but they were delivered quickly. Very nice stay! Highly recommend this one!

Excellent stay!!! My friend and I booked just one night as we were leaving on a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale Saturday afternoon. The price was a little steep however I think you get what you pay for applies here! All accommodations and services were top notch! The bellhop even watched our luggage before check in and after check out while we explored and had an early lunch. He was great!

This property was ideally located to everything. Beautiful ocean view. Pool area was nice - not a fan of kids in the pool with diapers on. Bar and food service on the pool deck was very good. Check in was excellent. Unit faced the ocean and was fairly large. It could do with some updating - old furniture, carpet needs replacing, etc. Bed was still comfy though.

The unit was well stocked to be able to cook/eat in the room. The view from the room and lanai of the ocean and beach was beautiful. If arriving at night and driving to the hotel from the airport, be prepared for a busy nightlife on the street (darting pedestrians in the dark). It is an easy and direct drive from airport, but takes an alert driver to avoid the revelry in the streets. The restaurant at the hotel was adequate (service was slow and food served more lukewarm than hot).

The staff, room, and facilities were amazing. The bed and pillows however were the most uncomfortable sleeping conditions I've ever experienced and the bed frame was actually broken in multiple places making it feel as though the bed would collapse every time i got in it. My only feedback would be to please fix the bed frame and get more cofortable matresses and pillows as I experienced back pain and restless sleep every night of my stay. Overall, the resort was very nice though.

This property is right in the heart of it all, right across the street from the beach, and walking distance to a nearby park. Great amenities - gym and spa. The only issue was that it was so loud. I prefer balcony with ocean view. There were times where I wanted to sit and have some quiet time, but the bar and pool are in that area, and there was loud music which is totally understandable if you like that sort of thing. The restaurant was nice as well - outdoors. We unfortunately didn’t make reservations for Sunday brunch, and had to sit inside. Again, the music was so loud that I could barely have a conversation with my husband. Overall, it was a nice stay, close to amenities and nice ocean view, but a little noisy.

The hotel, room, and location are quite nice. The things that I didn’t like: Wild Thyme restaurant in the hotel has TERRIBLE food and less than satisfactory service. The hotel seems to be a “luxury” location, but the restaurant does not come anywhere close to this description. We ate breakfast and the eggs were made from powder, the potatoes frozen, and the bacon cooked on a tray in the oven. Institutional food served with a bare minimum effort. The waitress seemed to be in quite a hurry when taking our order, but didn’t come by for a coffee refill or to check on our food until we were almost done. The bill was much too high for the quality of the food and service. Gratuity was also added with no option to not add a tip. The people at the front desk also need some remedial training in proper customer service. One example is when I was doing business at the desk and the young lady proceeded to assist the next 2 customers before I had a chance to conclude my business. Towels, chairs, and waters were to be provided by the hotel at the beach. Towels had run out and no efforts were made in a 3 hour period to provide them for guests. We were also overcharged when we rented an umbrella at the beach. Valet parking was mandatory with an additional $55/ night fee that was not mentioned when placing the reservation. One highlight amongst the staff was Luis. He was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

The beach front view and balcony was amazing. Very serene. The staff was all very friendly and willing to help. Great atmosphere for a getaway! Would definitely recommend and stay here again
