We are thrilled to welcome you to our unit in the W Hotel Residences beachfront resort, a place where relaxation and luxury converge for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait for you to explore every facet of our beautiful condo and the vibrant surroundings.

As you walk into our corner unit, you'll immediately be captivated by the stunning 9-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The private balconies are perfect for taking in the sights and sounds of this coastal paradise.

Our condo has been tastefully decorated to provide a harmonious blend of luxury and comfort. We've created a space that will make you feel right at home from every angle.

Here are some highlights of what you can expect during your stay:

**1. Great Room**: Enjoy a spacious great room with a 6-person dining table, a business desk with a landline telephone and Ethernet connection, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience. The living room area is furnished with comfortable couches and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding and relaxation. Additionally, the seating area can double as additional sleeping space with a memory foam sleeper sofa accommodating two guests.

**2. Fully Integrated Kitchen**: Our kitchen is a culinary haven with Italian-designed cabinetry and polished designer stone countertops. It's equipped with a flat range stove, gourmet wall oven, side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and a built-in microwave. You'll find everything you need to prepare meals, including a KEURIG coffee maker and a well-stocked inventory of dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans. Basic essentials like seasonings, salt, pepper, and condiments are also provided for your convenience. Whether you choose to cook up a storm or dine at one of the nearby restaurants, the choice is yours.

**3. Master Suite**: The master suite is your private sanctuary, complete with a king-size bed, high-end luxury bedding, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The dramatic double entrance can be opened or closed for privacy. You'll also have access to an en-suite spa-style bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a private toilet area, a wash area, and a spacious walk-in shower with stone flooring. For your added convenience, we've included a stackable washer and dryer, an ironing board with an iron, and a hairdryer.

Beyond the comforts of our condo, you'll discover that the beach is just a stone's throw away, perfect for sunbathing and various water activities. The resort offers not one, but two delightful pools for your enjoyment. A 24-hour gym, a Spa and Salon and multiple restaurants. Fort Lauderdale offers a unique blend of serene, beachfront seclusion and vibrant nightlife, so you can truly have the best of both worlds. Free bike rentals are included in your reservation with us. 

You'll have access to an array of cultural, physical, and lifestyle amenities just steps from our apartment. Whether you're interested in sailing, shopping, exploring museums, or enjoying marinas, this city truly offers a world-class experience. 5 minutes from Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. 10 minute drive to Las Olas Blvd. 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Airport.

One note of importance: The Jacuzzi jets are currently not functioning, but we hope you'll find the other amenities more than compensate for this temporary inconvenience.

Note: Your reservation includes full access to the Wet West, featuring the residential tower pool and hot tub. You also have the option to purchase day passes for the W Hotel Wet East Pool at $125 per person, per day.
