fine dining. With shopping and Fort Lauderdale attractions nearby, any stay

Well-appointed and filled with natural light, this corner-unit condo offers

breathtaking ocean vistas and all of the comforts at home for you to enjoy

your stay at the beach! The interior features all new furniture, appliances,

and interior painting!



Kick back in the bright living area, where plush seating invites you to take

it easy. Use the flat-screen cable TV to watch a movie or catch a game! If

you'd rather watch your teams play in a more lively setting, head down to

Bamboo Beach Tiki Bar to eat, drink and watch the game on one of their 13

flat-screen TVs.



The fully equipped kitchen features tiled counters and everything you need to

prepare tasty treats after a day at the beach. When you're ready to eat, both

the glass-topped table beside the kitchen and the table out on the deck

provide great options for dining together.



Treat yourself to a massage and manicure at the spa before heading out for a

night at Seminole Hard Rock Casino & Hotel! For a more low-key evening, dine

at the elegant on-site Casa Calabria and stay for an evening of live piano

music. There are also private oceanfront cabanas for rent from the building

(when available)!



When you're ready to call it a night, one bedroom features a single queen bed

while the second features two queen beds so you'll be able to find sleep with

ease.



We also offer the keys to a tennis , pickleball and bocce court at Friedt

Park, just 2 blocks from the beach...Ask Gary for details...

of 2 other ocean-facing units in the building or a townhome in Lauderdale-by-

the-Sea.



\- NOTE: Overnight parking valet style is available for $15/night. Note that

this is the cheapest parking you will find in the area. Free parking in the

lot directly across the street possible based on availability.

\- NOTE: There is no washer/dryer in the unit. There is a laundry facility in

the building with an additional fee.
