Suite #6 is a Luxury One Bedroom full furnished apartment. It has it's own private outdoor terrace with patio dining for 4. Free Washer & Dryer in the building.
The Heated Pool & Deck is shared with the 6 suites in the building. This unit is great for couples, solo adventurers, snowbirds & business travelers. Very close to the Wilton Drive Restaurants and Clubs! A 15 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach!
There are 6 Luxury One Bedroom Fully Furnished Apartment Suites in the Building. All of the units have their own private outdoor garden terrace with table and chairs and a lounge chair. The entire property is beautifully lit at night with landscape lighting. Units 1, 2,3, have Queen beds and Units 4, 5, 6, have King beds.
The front doors of the units operate with a 4 digit number code that you will choose upon your confirmation. The code is changed each time a guest departs.
The owner Tom lives next door to the building.
The neighborhood is extremely safe and there is very little traffic in front of the building.

Great unit close to Wilton Manor Dr. Gorgeous pool area and the unit has all the cooking utensils necessary to prepare a meal. Tom is a excellent host!

Great Time

Very clean and was convenient to use kitchen and available amenities. Loved the pool area and beautiful landscaping. Enjoyed seeing the iguanas. I would definitely come back!

Cozy Stay

The unit we stayed in is exactly as pictured. Stylish, comfortable, uber clean, plush bath towels and comfy bed. Appreciate the charging ports. Full kitchen with all the items needed for cooking (we eat out every day), only used the coffee maker. The unit has a private patio which we didn’t use. Nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and some shaded areas. The gounds are lovely and meticulious maintanied. Tom is an hospitable host, would stay again when visiting family in the area.

Charming oasis

This many resorts of six suites and a rental house was a pleasant surprise. Our unit was a large one bedroom apartment with a lovely kitchen and dining area. The kitchen was filled with everything we would need regarding cooking utensils, toaster, good stove, dishwasher. The pool area was surrounded by trees and other exotic plantings. The lighting of the entire place at night was like a resort in a more exotic place than a Florida neighborhood.

Definitely a Repeat

This is better than described. Perfect for two people. Roomy and spacious. Well maintained. King bed was comfortable. Better than hotel accommodations due to the kitchen and living space. I will be back! Thank you Tom and Jeff for your hospitality.
