The hotel was in a good location and it was an easy stop the night before our cruise. The room itself could use some updates and it wasn’t the cleanest. There were some stains on the furniture that grossed us out a bit. Glad we’re only staying one night.

The rooms are clean but very out dated! The front desk staff were very nice BUT the noise inside the room was horrible! There was a loud moaning noise all night from the elevator and the AC rattled very loud. We hardly got any sleep! Tiles on the shower are starting to pull up and decor is very outdated! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean but for the price it wasn’t worth it! Last time we stay here for a cruise until it’s updated!!

Hotel is very old and dated inside. The room was clean but the carpet and furniture were permanently stained and the wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom wall. Good location for airport and close to cruise port but way overpriced for the condition of the hotel room.

After reading the recent reviews, we were a little worried about what we would find, but we were in a clean and comfortable hotel with easy walk to shops-our sun lotion had been confiscated by TSA so we needed to replace it. The friendly gal at the desk took us to the door and explained to the left was an Outback steak house and to the right and across the street was a shopping center--Harbor shops-with lots of stores including a Publix grocery store. The pool was very clean. The only negative was a cheeseburger from their snack shop. It was terrible. Yes, one elevator was out, but the wait was short. There is a goodie case to the right of the desk--best choc chip cookies. Yes, the place could use some updating which is scheduled . But the room was larger than we anticipated and also very clean. Safe to walk around to shops. 7 restaurants in shopping center-some with outdoor dining. They arranged for transportation to our cruise ship and van was on time and also very clean.

Check in was quick and because we were early, they put us in queue for a room and held our bags. Room was ready early and we were notified by text. Clean room, pleasant staff makes for a good night.

Pool closed.
The pool was closed. Only one elevator was working. We were visiting Florida in January and my children wanted to swim in the pool but we were not made aware of the closure until we got there.

A Great Experience!
Great staff. They were friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and comfortable, easily accessible to many stores and restaurants. The shuttle service from the airport and to Port Everglades was easy. It could not have been any better for us. I will gladly stay here again if the opportunity comes.

When making the reservation, was trying to get close to the port for a cruise.. Duh, not realizing since they were close they had shuttles to the port. That was a nice bonus! The place was very convenient to shopping and different restaurants. The down side was the pool was closed for repairs and the one out of two elevators was broken.
