Never used the pool. Never had time for shopping. I was told my room was on the first floor and when I got there it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator just stairs. No one was available in the office when I arrived or left. Room was ok but nothing special. I would not recommend it for more than a cheap stay overnight.

Room was very dirty (you could see the room had never been cleaned more than a sweep/mop), no fence around pool and no locks on door that are child proof (just a lock on the keypad thing which is very easy to open, but no additional locks higher up on the door for example), no room service, very tight bathroom. Overall it’s a very cheap place and it shows. The beds are uncomfortable. You do get what you pay for… but I wouldn’t stay here again. Especially because I was worried that my toddler would get out and fall in the pool right outside our door.

Room definitely not up to par. One bed was kinda gross glad there was 2 beds. Smoke detector was removed and wires were sticking out. Coffee, but no coffee maker. Shower did not work, was told had to pull real hard but I feared I would break it. We had to fix the toilet to flush. Cute location. Not happy and won’t refund anything.

No staff at check in so we had to find another hotel. We phoned their number multiple times over 2 hours and got no answer to our calls or voicemails. There is no security at this hotel and anyone can walk into the hotel buildings and corridors and even use the pool. Place should be shut down!
