  • This modern studio is perfect for those looking to enjoy South Florida's beautiful beaches. If you plan to relax, enjoy the warm waters of our region, and visit the hot spots in Miami, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale, this is the ideal place to stay!! Located just a few steps from the beach and minutes from FLL Airport, Hard Rock Stadium, Gulfstream, Aventura Mall, supermarkets, and delicious restaurants. For your comfort, our bedding and mattresses are the same as those you’d find in a 5-star hotel.

    We accept only one pet or service animal per stay.
    Pets may not sleep on beds or sofas.
    Pets may not be left alone in the unit.

    IMPORTANT! PARKING - We do not have on-site parking; parking is pay-by-license-plate (there is a sign outside—please follow the instructions).
    Another option: if you’re staying for several days, the guest parking permit is your best option. You can purchase one through the website or by visiting the Hollywood Parking Division office.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This location is great for those that are coming to go to the beach. It's just a few steps away and close to a couple great restaurants. Just enough for two people on a budget with all the essentials. It's also north of where all the crowds are so there's not a lot of noise pollution and the beaches are less crowded in this area. The host was quick to respond for any needs when contacted through the VRBO app. We have stayed in the same building before but a different unit and would recommend any of these units to anyone for a Hollywood trip.
