Fort Lauderdale Condo One-Bedroom Apartment 500 sq ft.

Located on E Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL, this is a private residence and not a hotel room but you are welcome to use all the hotel's facilities like the pool, Jacuzzi, gym, etc.. This unit has free wi-fi, TV, a kitchenette, a queen size bed, a pull-out sofa bed, and a great view of the Intracoastal. A 1/2 mile walk to the beach, and close to many restaurants, bars, and shops along Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd (A1A). Minutes away from Las Olas and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Walking distance to the famous water taxis that travel all along the waterways to many riverfront areas and downtown. This is a private residence that happens to be in a hotel. This is not a hotel room so do not expect room service, maintenance or housekeeping , etc. But, this means you get to use the pool, Jacuzzi, gym, etc. It's a small, (500 sq. ft.), but cozy little 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor at the end of the hall with a view of the intracoastal, two bars (poolside and in the lobby) and a restaurant.
Overlooks the waterways and is walking distance to many shopping areas, restaurants and bars.

Very nice room and dinette overlooking the canal. Walking distance to State Park and the beach.

Great time meeting people at the outdoor bar. Were in town for my nephews over-the-top wedding and this place was within blocks of all of the weekends activities. Would stay here again.

Great beach getaway spot.

This property was a great place at a nice distance from the beach. Rick and Jill were amazing hosts and were always attentive when we contacted them for anything we needed. The place itself is all you need for a vacation with great amenities at the hotel it is in, and perfect location to the Galleria Mall as well as being great distance to Ft. lauderdale beaches. There’s also a water taxi stop right at the hotel making it super easy to utilize and see Ft. lauderdale in a unique way.

A gem in FLL!

Rick & Jill are absolutely fantastic hosts. Very responsive and overall super pleasant. Check-in/out is a flawless process. The hotel staff are very nice and the property is wonderful! Super close to the beach and shops. Water taxi service available for a nice trip around the inter coastal. Room was very comfortable and clean! No issues. Genuinely felt it was the perfect start to our cruise vacation. Thank you guys SO much!!

Good location, tired property

The owner was very responsive to questions and inquiries. We had an issue of missing a blanket for the sofa bed and he had it addressed quickly. The unit is in a great location and the overall property is awesome. We had just the right amount of space. However the unit needs some attention. Basic maintenance for this apartment seems to be neglected. The sofa bed should be replaced. There is mold on the part under the cushions and the handles for the pull out have rusted and stained the cushions. The mattress on the pull out is in poor shape as well. The bathroom shower head is rusted and needs to be replaced. There is mold in the back of the bathroom door where towels hang and on the grout in the shower. There is a broken/missing tile next to the toilet and the door to the bathroom is coming apart at the bottom as well as having rusty hinges. The refrigerator needs to be defrosted. We were only in town one night and the location was of prime importance to us so this property was OK for that purpose.

This condo absolutely has the best view overlooking the Inter Costal Waterway ! Excellent space; beautiful light and vistas of the skyline. Very fine bed linen and splendid rain shower made our stay feel luxurious . The unit was located at the end of the corridor which offered privacy. All photos on listing accurately described the space. 5 Stars !
