The place was okay. The plumbing in shower had a slow drain. The hot water not always hot. The outside parking seemed to have loiters and hanging out groups. Front desk often seemed unstaffed. No one there to get small appliances so went without.

There was no hot water in the shower/tub for the first 2 days. Had to let the tap run for nearly 20 minutes before the water heated up. I didn't want to waste water after that so we took luke warm showers for the remaining two days. The windows had finger prints all over the elevator doors and buttons were dirty.

We were put in a room with no A/C the staff was not supposed to rent the room to anyome and they still put us in there. Also still waiting for the compensation on the room and the manager hasn't even bothered to call back. This property is in real bad shape

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience wasn't the greatest. Despite arriving at 6 PM for a 3 PM check-in, my room wasn't ready, and I had to wait for over 30 minutes to receive my keys. To make matters worse, another guest who checked in just minutes after me returned because their room was a mess, clearly not cleaned properly. It's evident that the hotel is understaffed, leading to delays and cleanliness issues. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I booked five nights initially, enjoyed it enough to book for 2 more even though the hotel definitely has some issues. I rebooked and paid at the front desk before the initial check out date, and didn't think anything of it. Then I was awoken at 11:00 at night by strangers entering my room with a key. I told them to leave and then the phone in the room began ringing further disturbing me. I went to the desk to make this issue known and the woman, and she began giving me an attitude and raising her voice at me as though I was the one who did something wrong or had no reason to be upset or even slightly disturbed. The gentleman at the desk who extended my stay did not do so properly in the system and they believed the room to be vacant. This is not my problem, it is theirs, and I did not deserve to be spoken to like that. This literally just happened to me and I will be following up, simply due to the hostile, unfriendly and lack of sympathy reaction of the hotel staff.

The smell of weed when you walk off then elevator to get to the rooms takes your breathe away. We were excited about one night away from the kids and being able to sleep in. But the bed was horrible and the noise from the hallway there was no sleeping in or hardly any sleeping at all.

According to the listing there was supposed to be a coffee maker , toaster and cooking utensils included, there weren’t any of these items. It also said that breakfast was included, all that was there was coffee and some cheap prepackaged breakfast bars. Very disappointing and not worth the cost of the stay.

Stayed 4 nights. Excellent location for I95. Suite but no dishes etc. Those only available from reception desk. Breakfast included is very skimpy - hard-boiled egg if you are lucky. Coffee was good. No bread. Yoghurt one day. A little bit hit or miss on what was available depending on when you went to get it. No actual breakfast area. No room service, but towels can be exchanged at reception - worked well. Could have used more soap - probably available at reception. Good AC heating unit - nice and quiet. Never got the TV to work, but didn't want to watch much so didn't bother to talk to reception about that. Room was clean, but public areas, hallways, lift were not very well cleaned - litter, leaves, dirt that was not swept up or vacuumed. Hallway carpets were cleaned with a broom - need a vacuum cleaner I would think. Generally, the place was a bit run down but you get what you pay for. Some of the guests were a little sketchy too - cops visiting on two of the four evenings we were there.
