Oceanview Condo with Heated Pool – Right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk!

Directly on the Hollywood beach boardwalk! Faces the ocean! It has its proper inspection passed successfully.
You will love this place! It simply does not get any better than this! Incredible ocean views and steps to the sand and surf.
Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 full bath condo directly on the famed Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is a smaller, upscale, and exclusive building.
There’s a queen bed in the master bedroom (also one queen size futon sleeper in the living room in the living room)
Assigned Free parking is included until June 1st 2026 after that date $25 per day. Only ONE parking spot: sedan car or small car sorry no space for a big truck. According to the new regulations. It cannot be longer than 176 inches. (Check the size of the SUV ) Additional guest parking you will find one block from the building - City parking - charge you a fee.
A gorgeous open pool overlooks the ocean—2nd floor.
The apartment is on the 6th floor. Not suitable for people with physical disabilities or who cannot take stairs. There is an elevator, but you will need.
to take the stairs in case of Hurricanes or any problem with the elevator..
You will find beach towels and linens in the apartment. Beach chairs and beach umbrella are not included in the rental. However if you see them in the closet, feel free to use it.
Checking instructions are available hours prior to your arrival. Lost Parking decal or keys each $100.00

Hollywood Beach

Best area we have ever stayed in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. Walking distance to anything beach. Free music, good food, and,not over crowded beach.

We had a great stay at this condo. Provided everything we needed for a quick getaway on the beach and so quiet except for the sound of the ocean. We will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at La Playa. The unit was nothing fancy but clean. It was all about the location for us. Beach close and all kinds of activity and places to eat on the broadwalk and very safe!

Perfect view and excellent location

Great location and perfect access to the boardwalk and plenty of activities and restaurants steps away on the beach.Very accommodating for all our needs.We truly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the ocean.Parking situation was a little confusing but all worked out with communication from host who was amazing! Will definitely stay again in the future.

Everything was great, place was perfect. Within walking distance for everything you need. Incredible view each morning while having coffee. Couldn't be conveniently closer to the beach. Love!!! Plan to return

I love this property! It’s my 3rd time staying and I love the views, location, cleanliness and has everything I needed. It’s safe and a quiet location but very close to all the action, most importantly directly in front of ocean/Beach!

Amazing location and overall great accommodations. Very spacious and everything we needed for a wonderful beach stay! Can’t beat Hollywood Beach!!!! We did have an issue on our last day with the air conditioner but the technician was fixing it at our departure!

Location location location !

Great condo with perfect location to all restaurants and music on the broadwalk !!!We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony! The pool was great for our 2 year old granddaughter! Lourdes met us at our arrival and also when we left!! Condo itself is a bit older but everything was functional. A/C worked great!! I would go back there in a heartbeat!!

Always a great time and best views

Great time, great views and a great space. Perfectly located I’ve stayed here many time and feel safe and it’s location is on point. Being in the beach is great. The elevator was being serviced the day we left which we had to climb the stairs but it’s in the description and out of the control of the property owner. I’ll be back again soon!! Really love coming to La playa!!
