These elegantly designed condos are located on award winning Deerfield Beach. Recently renovated, the units include marble tiled flooring, new appliances, and new furnishings. For your added convenience all units include a washer and dryer.

We have three premium units that are simply a step above the rest. All stainless steel appliances, tiled bathrooms, indoor and outdoor surround sound, LED ceilings and so much more.

Our deluxe unit is on the third floor and has beautiful ocean front views and all the amenities of home.

Enjoy the sights and the sounds of the blue ocean waters and warm sandy beaches as you take a stroll along the recently updated cobblestone walkway located just outside your door. Just two blocks away you will find both casual and formal dining locations with live entertainment offered weekly.

Whether you are looking for relaxation and tranquility or fun in the sun, this is the place for you. With luxurious accommodations and amazing views what more could you ask for?

Two premium units are adjoining on the first floor for larger parties.

Pets allowed with prior approval and must weigh less than 25lbs.

Location, location, location.

This property is in a perfect location for everything. There are several restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk, there's a fishing pier 2 minuet walk, the beach is a 1 minute walk, there is a walking path that is a mile long right beside the beach and the view of the sunrise every morning from the balcony. With that being said, if I'm honest the unit we stayed in needs a little TLC but anything it lacks, is nothing when you consider where you are and what's around. I'd reserve here again without hesitation.

Poorly managed property

The property itself is as shown on the VRBO website. It would be better to advise potential renters that the beach is a public community beach and the area is fairly busy. The main problem is that the property is extremely poorly managed. Check in procedure was never communicated, making arrival very stressful. Areas that needed attention, such as a leaking bathroom faucet, were not addressed while we were there, even though communicated to the property manager. There was an open cutout portion of kitchen cabinets with a shovel inside, that, we were told upon inquiring, would eventually accommodate a microwave. Windows in the unit really needed cleaning. Property owner needs to replace property manager.

Best Location

My husband and I have stayed at this location in this unit several times-We always enjoy our stay and love the location. This condo unit is updated beautifully-very comfortable-& and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. The owner & manager are always helpful. We're looking forward to our next visit!
