About this property

Cozy garden beach villa#4/king bed

  • King Bed Studio villa with new bathroom, shower, and kitchen. Large TV, Ultra fast Wifi, only 2 blocks to the beach. Walking distance to shops and the surf, when you book this studio, you also gain access to all the amenities that the Island has to offer.
    This villa is located in the heart of the garden, and has views of the deck and patio area. The new kitchen is the perfect place to make a fresh cup of coffee before a day at the beach. Enjoy the outside sitting areas, hot tub, and more
    No parties or events allowed.
    No smoking allowed. 
    No pets allowed.
    Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
    No unregistered guests allowed.  
    Please respect the noise curfew and agreements posted thought the different areas of the resort.
    Please turn the AC to 76 when you go out.
    Please respect check-in and check-out times. 
    Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 
    Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
    Please do your dishes.
    Please take the trash out before you leave. Receptacles are located in the front of the property just west of the RV parking.
    Only beach towels are allowed to leave the property and they must be returned to the villas or there will be charge to replace it. The same applies to games in the club house and/or beach essentials in the beach box.
    Be mindful of other guests and help us keep The Island garden clean.
    Remember to turn the gas tank to off position after using the grill or the gas fire pit.

Great location!

The villa was really close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and also easy to get to other locations in area. A nice studio with everything you need - felt very secluded and off the beaten track, yet great accessibility to everything. Very clean.

Cozy Gardens

Cozy garden says it all. It reminded us of a Buddist retreat. We loved the hot tub and the best outdoor shower. Wind chimes, walkway, outdoor lighting and fire pit added to the experience. The location was convenient to the beach and restaurants.

Quiet, beautiful, cozy villa - prime location

We just concluded our eight nights stay here. What a wonderful visit! It’s so peaceful to sit out in the courtyard area, listening to the water feature, enjoying nature. Short walk to the beach and restaurants makes this perfect. Our Villa was just right for two people. Nice and clean, cute. We’ve now stayed here twice and absolutely plan to come back. Thank you!

Serene Oasis-Hidden Gem

This charming bungalow was the perfect escape! The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, clever use of space made the cozy interior feel open and functional. The large clubhouse was a pleasant surprise. The outdoor area truly lives up to the name serene oasis- surrounded with fruit trees and fresh herbs, a peaceful vibe made it hard to leave. This place made our getaway perfect!
