Great location and clean property

Easy self check in. Great location, close to Deerfield Beach Boardwalk. Everything was clean and bed was super comfy. I will recommend this place.

This was a plain but clean and spacious one bedroom. The area is very quite and within easy reach by car of Local attractions. For the area the price is very good.

Great location, near beach, shopping and restaurants. Easy to get to other areas, as well. Very clean, had everything we needed to cook and clean the apartment while there. Convenient laundry areas as well. Would definitely stay again. The only thing was the sofa bed was a little small for my sons in the unit, but thats because I didnt pay attention to the description. We made it work.

I really like the ideal of it being near a lot of eateries and not far from Federal highway which is a major streer. Only thing I would suggest a new mattress because the one there sinks in the middle so you have to sleep on edge.. over than that I enjoyed my stay!

Had a very enjoyable 5-night stay at the property when coming to town for a training session and charter fishing trip. Having a full size refrigerator and kitchen was very beneficial when you get a catch of Wahoo, Mahi and Tuna and have to keep them well cooled before you head home. (No way to do that effectively in a "hotel atmosphere") Mgmt staff were very responsive through texting when needed. Will definitely go back next time I am in town for another fishing charter or trip to the S. Florida area.

The front door was not sealed correctly. And the lock was challenging at the very least. Cabinets need upgrading.

Tile floors need a good professional cleaning. Bottom of sandals were black from floors. Blinds could be updated. They are the old slat type and some slats were missing. They would also make quite a bit of noise with the air conditioning blowing on them.

Cute one bedroom apartment with sturdy full sized pullout couch in the living room. I loved how clean the shower and the glass was! All the linen was stain-free and smelled fresh. The kitchen was stocked with cutlery, flatware, glasses and mugs, and even some pots and pans. It was raining during most of our trip so we didn't make use of the small seating out front or the grill area out back, but both looked clean. I didn't get the chance to use the laundry facilities but they were available. The area was set a little ways back from the highway and main shopping area, it's definitely more residential. The neighborhood was full of small family homes, condos, and vacation rentals, so it felt very safe and everyone around us was quiet by a respectable hour. There was plenty of parking and it has good sized spots so we were able to park our SUV without getting crowded. I'd definitely stay out here again should I need to come back to the FL/Pompano area

The apartment is very pretty and spacious with nice furniture. Very comfortable stay and parking right in font of our door. When you book the place you get a text message without warning from an unknown number asking you to fill in a form with your info and credit card and you can't tell if it's spam or not. Very confusing as expedia doesn't warn you about it. There were two days that there was maintenance done in the property without any warning. We had to walk around people painting the stairs. Another day we got a message that the door of the apartment we were staying was going to be painted and we had to be careful. Other than that stay was smooth and pleasant.

The community was quiet and well maintained. Also, it was located in a good area with access to many restaurants, groceries, stores and beaches. The only problem I had was the internet. However, after explaining the problem, the property did send someone on-site to check it for me. Overall it is a good, cozy and comfy property!
