Located just half a block from the beach, this beautiful apartment has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. Newly renovated and newly furnished with a comfortable and modern feel. Quick access to the beach, a designated parking space, and a sparkling pool make this space a true tropical retreat.

This newly renovated apartment comes with all-new furnishings, bedding, and linens!

BEDROOM ARRANGEMENT:
1. Bedroom with a QUEEN-SIZED bed
2. Bedroom with a KING-SIZED bed with attached bath (shower and bathtub)

BATHROOMS:
Please note: the one full bathroom is attached to the king bedroom so all guests have to walk through the king bedroom to get to the bathroom.

One vehicle per unit for designated parking space. Any additional vehicles must park on the street and pay. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at your expense.

No Daily Cleaning Service

Pack-n-play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier.
Bedding, towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Beach chairs and towels are available for you to use on the beach.

A washer and Dryer are available. The laundry room is located at the back of the building through the back corridor to the right. (Coin operated)

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the units. Any evidence of smoking (smell, ash, damage) will result in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit and potential additional fines

To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

The property is as describe and the pictures are accurate. The location is great! Especially for the price, to be across the street from the beach, walking distance to a nice restaurant, a mile from the Pompano Beach pier, and close to Deerfield and Boca, which is where we usually stay, closer to FAU, but as this is tourist season, we stayed out a little further for the experience and value! Communication with the property management was excellent. The place is small, as clearly stated. It could use a deep clean and a pest control company visit (roaches, little ones, not the big nasties) It was nice to have beach towels and chairs available. The pool is small but nicely kept and heated! Beds were comfortable. There are no fans and it got a little warm for my taste; probably most people would not notice that. A luggage/suitcase rack would be a nice addition, as the rooms are small, so not much surface space to put things out. Overall, we had a good time and were most pleased with the location, the good and prompt customer service, and the value. Thanks!
