Our studio offers the clean, comfortable and peaceful stay guests expect with everything you need for a quick getaway vacay or extended stay. Our open concept studio apartment features a queen bed (sleeps 2), full bath, full kitchen (includes cookware essentials) , futon sofa (large & comfortable, sleeps 2), work space, living room w/TV, dining area, washer/dryer and a fenced in private backyard. Free parking for 2 vehicles right in front of your studio. This is not an add-on studio and is part of a single level group of 4 studios available in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is centrally located with great access to all major venues. <10 minutes from FLL Airport, Cruise Ports & Downtown Fort Lauderdale. <15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale/Dania/Hollywood Beaches, Hard Rock Stadium & Hard Rock Casino. Easy access to highways 95/595/US1/AIA & the FL Turnpike. Many of our guests enjoy staying with us to be off the beaten path but easily head south to visit Miami and the Florida keys during they stay. We take pride in providing a great experience & service for our guests with clean and comfortable stays.
