Boutique 1BR APT with Parking Steps from the Ocean

Updated coastal 1 bedroom apartment in a lovely boutique complex on East Hollywood Beach. Few steps to the beach and the beautiful Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. Enjoy the heated pool, barbecue area, garden and laundry facilities, plus gated assigned parking space included with the unit. There is additional parking across the street at Hollywood Beach Garage. It has a fully equipped kitchen, king bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Bassinet, highchair and playard available upon request.

The apartment is located on the second floor.

It includes:

Two Flat screen TV's one in the bedroom and another in the living room. Two A/C's and ceiling fans in bedroom and living room.
Fast Internet.
Tiled floor throughout.

Coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, blender, rice maker and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare meals.

Fresh clean linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Hair dryer, iron and iron table.

Coffee, tea, sugar, spices and filter water for our guests.

Beach chairs, Beach cooler, Beach Umbrella, Beach Kid Set and Beach towels.

It is a kid friendly unit. Upon request we can set up a bassinet, playard, highchair for $25 fee charge.

The complex has a pool, grill area, laundry rooms and a reserved parking space for your car!

Property is located in the Hollywood Beach-Quadoman area. It is an active and attractive waterfront section of Florida’s Atlantic coast, we are centrally located, just minutes from Downtown Hollywood, 20/30 minutes to Miami Beach, Lincoln Road and Miami international airport and 8/10 miles to Fort Lauderdale Airport and Las Olas/ Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The white sand beaches are the biggest draw here, of course, but you’ll find ritzy restaurants and open-air dining just off the water. Clothing stores, outdoor bars, and beach parks all lie within walking distance of one another.

Enjoy a walk or a bike ride on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, relax on the pristine Hollywood Beach and work on your tan, swim or snorkel in the ocean, experience live music, eat great food and have a drink, or visit one of the nearby nature reserves.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

My husband and I had a lovely stay here at the beach! We had everything we could need and sat on the beach and walked the boardwalk every day many times! It’s a perfect location and we really enjoyed our down time in the cool, clean condo! Valeria the property manager was wonderful! Thanks Val for a great stay!

One of the best places we’ve stayed at in Hollywood Beach! Nice, separate king bed room with a sofa bed in living room. Small bathroom but they leave you bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, tanning lotion, coffee, etc. Having the parking lot there is also one of the absolute best reasons to get this place if you have a car/rental. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The place is also spacious and you don’t feel cramped! We will rent this place again for sure!

Steps to beach with parking

We enjoyed staying at this condo - living room with balcony, bedroom with king size bed, kitchen with all utensils. The hostess responded immediately to all our questions. We had very good vacations.

Lovely

Our stay was comfortable and fun. The only glitch was with the lockbox key access because the doorknob had been inadvertently locked so the smart lock was not enough to get in. Forwarding both codes might be a good idea in the future. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect location! Steps from the beach, close to many restaurants, and an empty pool for our girls to enjoy! Valeria was an excellent host! She made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The condo was very clean and newly updated! We enjoyed the beach toys, chairs, and umbrella! We had a great stay!

Wonderful condo and owner steps from the beach and Broadwalk

We were very happy with Valeria’s beautiful condo! Very spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped for a great time. She kept in touch to see if everything was okay....it was! Very secure complex with gated entrances including the parking lot. Beach towels and chairs are in the unit which was a relief since we fly down and did not rent a car. Parking lot assigned space if you do have a vehicle. Loved the neighborhood and the pool. Barely half a block to the sand. Highly recommend this second floor condo!!

Firstly, communication with host was amazing. Val answered any and all questions and stopped by to fix a key issue. The property was clean and is steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Steps from the beach…..Very safe area..

Spacious one bedroom with comfortable linens on a king size bed. Newly updated bathroom with clean shower & wonderful toiletries. The unit is nicely decorated with beach style accessories. Great smart TV’S which included Netflix, cable , Youtube & more. A pool with nice people to visit with but never crowded. The host responds to you immediately for any questions via text or phone. Enjoyed our stay very much without any complaints at all!

Wonderful Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Valeria was great and made sure everything was perfect for us. Condo is half a block from the ocean and the boardwalk is filled with restaurants and ice cream shops for easy nights. Close to FLL airport and easy access to the entire Miami airport. I would recommend this property
