Beautiful PRIVATE waterfront condo located within walking distance to the beach! Enjoy canal views from the unit, located on the 2nd floor. Desk space provided so that you can work from home and walk to the beach on your lunch break.


Minutes to shopping and restaurants. 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 40 minutes to Miami.

The space

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 6 adults or children, plus a pack-n-play for a baby!

The Master bedroom includes a king bed, full bath, smart tv, and private balcony overlooking a serene waterfront canal.

The guest bedroom has a full size bed, smart tv, pack-n-play and a full bath is located just outside this bedroom. (both bathrooms include stand up showers, no bathtubs).

In the living room you can enjoy watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on private deck with our grill. There is grocery delivery available and some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our private deck and balcony all with comfortable sitting areas.

Fantastic Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. The location was perfect for many reasons. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a thoughtful floor plan and ample patio seating. The master suite provided a lovely view of the waterway and featured a private screened-in porch. It was only a short walk to a convenience store and beach access. The host provided plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even a beach wagon for easy transport. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

It was a very nice location we could see the boats going down the canal which was very relaxing. The beach wagon and toys were also wonderful for the grandchildren when they came. Very quiet and clean and would stay again. Thank you

Perfect little place

We stayed at the property for a long weekend. The place was very clean, had everything we needed during our stay. The hosts answered all the questions in a very quick manner and were very helpful. Highly recommended.

Great property

This property is located across the beach overlooking the intracoastal and truly was just a short walk to the beach. Spacious and clean it was perfect for a family looking for all the comforts of home right at the fingertips.

Great location

The property was equipped with beach, chairs and umbrella and a wagon for a convenient walk across the street and down the path to the ocean front. It was conveniently located to a convenient store and shopping if you needed to pick up something last minute. Loved to stay and the location I would highly recommend.

Perfect weekend

Wonderful Get Away

The apartment was very clean and smelled so fresh! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the view of the canal and intercostal was beautiful! There was an issue with the grill. I messaged the owner and within one hour maintenance was there and fixed the issue! I will definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful views, super close to the beach!

We had a pleasant experience at this condo. Lots of space and enough room for everyone to have their own spot to enjoy. The multiple porches were really nice to have and made for cozy spots during coffee time and happy hour. Very clean and accommodating with beach supplies. We had a little power outage due to bad weather and the owner took a while to. Respond but was extremely kind and considerate about helping restore the power. I would certainly bring my family back to this property, everyone had a great time!

Couldn't STAY 10 minutes that home!

The photos did not accurately represent the home. The homes location was sketchy and felt unsafe. Neighboring homes had junk and trash in front yards and the was area isolated and unkempt. Home is in need of repairs and had a musty odor and damp feel. Wet stains on the ceilings demonstrated current water leakage. We could not stay at the home due to my history of asthma and the poor air quality of the home along with the excessive air freshener used in the home. Host has been unresponsive from my first attempted email communication. I left photos and explained my asthmatic conditions and requested refund because I couldn't stay in the home. We were there at most for 10 minutes to do a walk thru inspection. Still waiting to here back from host. Renters beware! I have several rental properties and would never rent a property with wet stains and peeling paint on ceilings as I observed at this property! RC

The positive thing is that there's a lot of space and plenty of opportunities to sit outside. It was clean. However, one or two furnishings could be replaced or repaired.

Absolutely loved our stay, and we will definitely be back. Our host was very responsive to our messages. The view at the property was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. Fantastic stay for a family

Came in for a long wedding weekend and this was the most perfect place to stay. Parking for my rental car, all we needed for our 10 month old (high chair, pack and play, toys), walking distance from the beach and everything we needed for a beach day. Property owners were fantastic - communication was prompt and the check-in/out process was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.
