The hotel is located right on the beach with a beautiful covered dining area next to it exactly as it is pictured on the website. You can sit out on the hotel lounge chairs and enjoy the beach, order a drink or lunch that will be delivered to you by one of the friendly staff. It is very relaxing! The resort fee is $20 per day plus tax. Our bedroom had a partial ocean view with a balcony which we enjoyed. The overall room decor is nice with a drift wood theme everywhere. This room seems to have been redone however, there was a persistent unpleasant musty odor. I was extremely disappointed with the bathroom. It had an old bathtub and granite that looked dirty and a miniature toilet, old fixtures and sink. These bathrooms must be renovated because they are out of sinc with the overall upscale look of the property. I would ask about the bathroom if you are thinking about staying there a few nights.

Parking $18 a day, resort fee $40, and three other taxes. A/C incredibly noisy, room noisy,housekeeping started before 9, very noisy.. Pool yard and beach dirty. Good drinks VERY expensive. Do not come to this resort….

The lobby and management staff very unprofessional. Very friendly service staff! Beautiful place but everything very overpriced considering what you pay in “resort “ and parking fees. I’d try somewhere else.

Love the Beachcomber for its location, cleanliness, and customer service. Everything is a short drive or walk from the hotel. The recent updates look fantastic and the staff as always is super attentive and friendly.

This was a beautiful location, the room was huge, great balcony, friendly staff, would definitely stay again if I was in the area. One mile walk to Pompano pier and seems like a very safe area.

Not very impressed with this hotel. The pool and beach and restaurant are very nice. However, the interior of the rooms were below subpar, small, uncomfortable, and amenities in the room w outdated or did not work all together. This hotel also had many additional daily fees attached to the end of the bill. My family will not return be returning in the future. Definitely paid a much higher price than this vacation should have been.

Went on me and my friends annual girls trip first time at the beachcomber! Itnwas everything we expected and more. Quiet, clean ,great food/drinks. Matt at the deep restaurant was amazing! (Sprinkles). We couldn't recommend the beachcomber any more!

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS RESORT. Service was horrible. We were told our room would be ready by 11:30-12. We waited till 3:30 to get in our room. While waiting at the facility we had lunch and waited over an hour for our lunch which was kraft mac n cheese, cheese dip and a wrap. Waitress had to be flagged down to refill water, as we are sitting in the sun. Other table came with 7 in their party and got served food and beverage before our party of 4. We asked for our room to be cleaned. Came back from pool to get ready for dinner reservations, room was not cleaned, on the toilet and then no toilet paper...it was a nightmare and the worst part is the staff DID NOT CARE one bit. It was like we were bothering them. We had to wait for housekeeping to come and clean, the 4 girls had to rush to shower etc to make our dinner reservations. Maintenance was called day one, lights not working, out lets not working, room phone did not work or have instructions on them how to call front desk. I am writing directly to the BBB and the hotel directly. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The property was really well maintained and beautiful. One of the staff members, Jason was excellent with a great personality. Besides the great interactions he has with his customers, you can truly tell he cared to keep the property clean and a great environment. The bar staff were honestly disappointing in my opinion. Given I've been in the food industry for 12 years and a bartender for 10 years, I'm typically really patient when it comes to a busy server, but even with only a few people sitting at the bar, you'd wait 10-15 minutes for a drink or to order food. We probably would have spent way more time and money at the resort if the service was better.

The hotel is very nice. I enjoyed my stay. I just had one issue. I am not someone who can sit comfortably on a chaise lounge. I have a bad back. When we got down to the beach , I was very surprised and disappointed that they do not have beach chairs. I asked if they could get me a chair. I was told absolutely not. They actually said no chairs allowed on beach. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

should be called five and dime, they nickel and dime you the hell out of you!! paid in full and then got charged $65 anight on topnof what i paid for 4 nights! have to pay for parking, and complained 4 times about tub backing up when we used shower and noone fixed it. do your research first.

Unexpected parking fee ($16/day), generally a very nice setting with private beach chairs and umbrellas and good swimming pools. Neighborhood (plaza across street, and a moderate walk to Atlantic/A1A) was useful and pretty nice, respectively. Caffe Sportivo was a unique experience. Staff was very good except front desk staff didn't follow through on texting us about when room was ready after we had arrived early

The staff was amazing! Friendly, helpful, always polite. Enjoyed having the option of two pools or the beach. Rooms were clean and had all you’d need in the room. The bathrooms were outdated.

We had a great vacation at the Beachcomber! The beach was absolutely gorgeous, quiet, and clean. We loved how the chairs and umbrellas were just there to come and go. The room was beautiful! Good dining options especially if don’t want to leave. We will be back!
