  • Newly remodeled 2/2 on the 7th floor . Watch Sunrise and sunset! Beautiful city view of Fort Lauderdale with floor to ceiling windows, ocean view from balcony and Master bath. Brand new everything! 12/19 Property is located on the Sand on Galt Ocean Drive. Great Tiki Bar, and one of the Best Italian Restaurants around is located inside the building. Enjoy local water sports, fishing, boating, shopping. Lots to do in the area. You won’t be disappointed.


    Bedroom 1: Brand new King power adjustable bed, large Flat screen smart TV, balcony off the master Bedroom. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset! Marble bathroom Shower! Ocean view from bathroom window.

    Bedroom 2: 2 Brand new Queen beds power adjustable, Large Flat screen smart TV. This bedroom features floor to ceiling windows overlooking the City. Enjoy the Sunset from your bed!
