  • A Charming Studio for 2 with its own balcony with a veiw of ft Lauderdale beach and the new river.its on the 2nd floor with a private outside stair case in little paris hotel , which was built in 1940 . Cute with all new interior. One block from ft Lauderdale beach and A1A walking distance to lots of bars andrestaurants .For those who like Starbucks it right on the corner be fore the beach. Other side you can jump on the water taxi which will bring you to many different local places.
    NO smoking of any kind.
    No parties .
