Amazing gym, club room with billiard, arcade games, conference table & a big screen TV to watch your favorite game. Enjoy the beautiful sunset in the stunning zen rooftop and outdoor kitchen. Relax on our cabana beds while the little ones play in the kid's zone area. Close to the beach and Port Everglades.

Guest will have private unit access. All amenities are shared with other units and guests.

Harbordale is an amazing neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale. minutes to the cruise Port Everglades. Walking distance to all shopping areas, supermarkets, and restaurants. 7 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Airport.

It’s pedestrian-friendly with sidewalks and easy road access to local areas, beaches, and or major highways.

New construction, all apartments are fully equipped and luxurious, allowing for a deluxe stay. Highly suitable for families, groups of friends, and business people. We allow events on the property with prior coordination with the host. On the rooftop, we have a BBQ station and outdoor kitchen. The game room also includes arcade games, a seating area, a pool table, and other games for your enjoyment.
The building is near all stores, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, marina, and beaches.
