Walking distance to restaurants, stores, drug store , fast food , supermarket. You will find also excellent restaurants at Lauderdale by the sea with live music, 10 minutes walking distance. Parking is 18 us valet unlimited in and out per day. Coin laundry is located on the basement. Perfect location for everyone.
