Beautiful, quaint waterfront near the beach unit! One bedroom property that is within a 15 minute walk to the oceanfront, restaurants, and shopping! It is your "home away from home " beach place! It has a full size bedroom (linens provided) with a large TV, one bathroom with a shower (towels provided), kitchen (eatery and kitchen utensils provided, Keurig coffee machine, blender) family room with largeTV, and a small dining area. There’s cable TV and internet. There’s a sitting area right outside of your door and a grill for your outdoor barbecue! There’s 2 bikes provided for you to explore the area! The unit faces a canal that leads out to the intracoastal waterway so you can bring your small boat for boating and/or fishing (there's a table on the side dock for cleaning fish) or you can bring your jet-ski and ride! So, come live the Florida life!
