"The room I stayed in wasn’t very clean but I had driven in from Ft Worth for a funeral and was very tired. I made sure the sheets were clean and decided I could stay. The a/c unit made terrible noises. The chair was dirty and something was on the carpet I couldn’t identify. After I started to see a few flying bugs I went to the front desk and he changed my room. The next morning I discovered the new room had no shower curtain, no coffee maker, no blow dryer and neither room had telephones in them. I was told by the manager I couldn’t get a refund because I booked through Expedia but that he would see if he could get a voucher for a free night at any best western, which I will never stay in again, but I haven’t heard anything from him in almost 2 weeks. It was a literal nightmare staying here."

"Might've been bad luck for the hotel as well as myself, but during the stay the ac in the room kept freezing over. One of the elevators broke down. One of the doors to outside was out of order. The ice maker on the floor I was on was out of order. Plus being next to the stairs, the door slammed so loud and often it was quite annoying. The staff tried to help with the ac issue, but the hotel was sold out so no extra available rooms for the stay."
