"We had a great view and spacious room in the 2 bedroom. However we did not realize that this was more of an apartment than a hotel, so available services were minimal. The restaurant was closed on Tuesdays and we arrived on a Monday - so no coffee to speak of in room. The restaurant was kind enough to give us enough to make a pot the next morning. We did not use the pools, but they look very different (gray not blue) than the pictures. All in all, would be a good place for a family to stay for a week at the beach (bring groceries), less so for a couple looking for a romantic hotel."

"This was a wonderful experience for a family of 3, but the place provides accommodations for up to 12, including the 2 really cute guesthouses. Gorgeous property especially the gardens, and the outdoor space including the private pool and gazebo. Beach right in front is essentially private as well, we never saw anyone else there. Can beach/swim right there, also snorkel (suboptimal like elsewhere in Nevis). The house itself, while not luxurious in amenities, is very clean, functional and well laid out, it is actually better than what it looks like in the pictures provided. Very responsive host provided very helpful local info/recs. Gorgeous sunsets and night sky. If you value privacy, serenity and want to have your own piece of beach/ocean strongly consider this property. Great deal especially for a large (multigenerational) family "

"Our second stay at Zenith and it’s a fantastic property with excellent views and accommodations. We are a family of 4 and our two young (10) kids had plenty of space. The pool is perfectly sized for us, the beach is calm and makes for excellent swimming and the property features a beach club should you want a cold drink at the beach, lunch, dinner or anything else.
